Come by between 10am and 2pm for a warm beverage, a friendly environment, and a reminder that you're not alone.
As part of our Brew Monday, you can enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee and a cake, while we also provide mental health guidance and resources through our monthly Wellbeing Space, offered by Empyrean Therapies.
Whether you're here for a drink, a conversation, or to seek supportive information, you're more than welcome. Sometimes, the smallest break can have the greatest impact.
